Actress Christina Applegate is being treated at a Los Angeles hospital, according to TMZ.
She has been open about her battle with the disease MS, but it is unclear if the hospitalization has anything to do with the disease
According to TMZ, Christina Applegate was hospitalized in Los Angeles at the end of March. Exactly why she is being treated is not known, and it is unclear if it is related to her MS diagnosis.
Since June 2021, Applegate has been open that she lives with multiple sclerosis (MS).
In her recently published autobiography, she describes how the disease affects everyday life, including the fact that she sometimes cannot move her arm enough to reach a glass of water or her phone.
Applegate’s response
TMZ has been in contact with Applegate’s rep, who would not comment on whether she is hospitalized or what treatment she is receiving.
The rep says Applegate has a long history of complicated medical conditions.
Applegate co-hosts the “MeSsy” podcast with Jamie-Lynn Sigler, which recently took a break while both are on book tour. Sigler has lived with MS herself for over 20 years, according to TMZ.
