The Women’s Champions League is the focus of Thursday’s Toptips. Arsenal don’t seem to have any worries against Benfica and I also like Real Madrid’s chances in Paris. Bayern Munich, on the other hand, are happy to play a flat game at home against Juventus.

Game stop: 18.44, Thursday 16/10
There are three very big favorites on the coupon and the risk is imminent that they will all win. Then this does not even give four figures. To get there we need to save somewhere and I choose to try to work hard in Munich. There are all the more spikes to choose from and apart from Arsenal and Real Madrid, there is not much to suggest that Fluminense will drop points at home in Rio.
My recommendation is to reduce the system size and increase the row insert. On my cooperative game, I will, as usual, max out and go for slightly bigger steals. A link to this can be found in the text.

Stable nail!
Match 4 (Real Madrid)
Real Madrid made a big impression when they beat Roma 6-2 in last week’s Champions League match. Redondo accounted for double pods and it is a striker of high average. With the technician Caicedo on the left wing, it is not easy to stop Real’s attack. The midfield is simultaneously dominated by Weir and Swedish Angeldahl. A really strong team, although not quite at the same level as the three or four very best in Europe.
PSG is worse than last year. The loss of Katoto and Geyoro has cost and in last week’s meeting with Wolfsburg it was beaten by a whopping 4-0. Of course, the Parisians should perform better at home, but I don’t think they will get any points this time either. The runner-up singles.
Salt the peel!
Match 2 (Juventus)
Bayern Munich were completely slaughtered by Barcelona in last week’s CL opener. 7-1 in the back are numbers that sting. However, the Germans must try to get over it as soon as possible, Bayern are neither the first nor the last team to be overrun by the world’s best team. This weekend, Wolfsburg were beaten back in the league and with stars like Bühl, Harder and Gwinn, the hosts will dominate the events.
Juventus were beaten in both teams’ meetings last year with a total of 6-0 and certainly the Italians are beating the deficit again. However, there is edge in Bonansea and Girelli and I think that Juventus have a better chance to shine than both Benfica and Juventude. One is most likely, but as the coupon is laid out, all signs must be included.
Brief about all matches
1. Atlético Madrid – Manchester United 2
Atlético Madrid showed strength against St. Pölten a week ago, but they got a real reality check against Barcelona a few days ago. 6-0 at the back shows that Häcken’s field men still have a long way to go. Manchester United looked a little shaky in their win against Vålerenga, but I like the visitors’ squad. Sandberg and Zigiotti Olme are given in the starting eleven and Malard is at the top. Here is also Rolfö, who is used to facing Spanish resistance. The right side attracts the most and X2 is tested.
2. Bayern Munich – Juventus 1
Magdalena Eriksson had to come in at the end of the match against Wolfsburg and close the shop. A really nice win for Bayern, who are said to be hungry for revenge after the blow against Barcelona. Now they will of course have much more ball and of course one is most likely. However, it will be crossed out afterwards and Juventus are no punching bag. I choose to guard all the way over and keep my fingers crossed for a bang.
3. Benfica – Arsenal 2
Arsenal narrowly won against Brighton at the weekend and there is still something missing from the reigning Champions League champions. Last week it was cod at home against Lyon, but this is an easier task. Now players like Russo, Blackstenius and Kelly should create significantly more. Benfica are coming off a loss against Juventus and are not up to par against the best teams on the continent. The runner-up is just to single.
4. PSG – Real Madrid 2
PSG have had a difficult summer behind them where several key players left. It has been noticed. Recently, the Parisians have been slaughtered by both Lyon and Wolfsburg. Olga Carmona has not been able to lift the Parisians and now when she is faced with her old club, it smells of loss again. Real Madrid has a more complete team, which is also spiced up with Caicedo on the edge. There we can talk x-factor. I believe in the Spanish giant here and singles second.
5. Huddersfield – Bolton X
Bolton have good underlying numbers, but struggle to get the results. The Trotters are out of the playoffs and the effort this weekend against Burton was blasphemous. Then it was cod with a whopping 3-0. Improvement is required, especially from leading players like Burstow and Cozier-Duberry. Huddersfield are suffering from some injuries, but they have one of the widest squads in the league and at home they will be hard to beat. Preferably all characters.
6. Gremio – São Paulo 2
Gremio have a downright terrible squad situation. As many as three players are suspended, among them centre-back Kannemann will be missed especially, and in addition Gremio has major injury concerns. Arthur Melo can start, but otherwise there are few profiles who can take a place in the home eleven. Sao Paulo is having a hard time getting the pieces together right now and Pablo Maia is on the bench. With the current conditions, they should still count as favourites. X2 is enough.
7. Fluminense – Juventude 1
Juventude is a miserable team by Brazilian standards. The visitors are second in the table and have only won a single away game in the league all year. 52 goals conceded is by far the worst record of any team and there is little to suggest that the visitors would hold tight in Rio de Janeiro. Fluminense have stability at the back in the form of Thiago Silva and are legitimate favourites. One is a given start, but since it is crossed very hard, it is not wrong to get a supplementary cross.
8. Vitória – Bahia 2
Vitória is just like Juventude below the relegation zone. They do have one thing working though, the home game. Points in ten out of 13 fights on their own turf are strong papers, and here 20 of the team’s 25 points have been recorded. Now, however, Lucas Halter and Carlinhos are suspended and that is a problem. Bahia also have two players out for the same reason, including important striker Willian José, and even if they are to be kept at the top, I dare not trust the visitors. Preferably all characters.
