They are missing on the plane to Switzerland.

Sweden is on its way to Switzerland.

But two of the Swedish squad were missing from the plane.

Julia Zigiotti Olme, 27, and Jennifer Falk, 32, did not board with their teammates.

The day after Sweden’s victory over Norway at Ullevål, the plane that will take the Swedish European Championship squad to Switzerland and the European Championship has been boarded and taken off, but without two important players.

Swedish press contact Fredrik Madestam says that the duo Julia Zigiotti Olme and Jennifer Falk have gone home but will join the national team tomorrow.

“They have both gone home to Sweden for private events, planned in advance,” says Madestam.

Played against Norway yesterday

The Swedish team has a day off tomorrow, so none of the players will miss any training.

Jennifer Falk is Sweden’s intended first-choice goalkeeper in the European Championship but was substituted yesterday after half-time to give second-choice goalkeeper Tove Enblom a chance in match play. Zigiotti Olme was substituted in the 62nd minute for goal scorer Filippa Angeldahl.

Ahead of the championship, Olme has been busy getting a tattoo from his Bayern Munich teammate, Georgia Stanway.
