There is probably a large export going on from Sweden to Russia in violation of EU sanctions.
While direct exports to Russia have plummeted, exports to neighboring countries have exploded, shows a report from nine Swedish authorities.
– This is also a way for serious organized crime to make money, says police chief Johan Grenfors, chairman of the sanctions cooperation council.
