Two people shot – one dead
Two people have been shot in Södertälje during Friday evening. A man in his 18s has died and another man in his twenties has been taken to hospital, but his injuries are not life-threatening. The police have arrested several people suspected of murder and attempted murder, but do not want to go into details about those arrested. The area is cordoned off and technicians have been working at the site during the night.

Important Pokrovsk risks falling: “Beyond critical”
The city of Pokrovsk in Donetsk, which is an important logistical hub for Ukraine, is at risk of falling into Russian hands. Hundreds of Russian soldiers are already in the city and Ukrainian soldiers are having difficulty getting reinforcements and supplies, according to Ukrainska Pravda. The situation is described as beyond critical, with daily losses and difficulties in evacuating the injured. If Pokrovsk falls, nearby Myrnohrad can also be isolated and it will be almost impossible to rotate troops or recover fallen.

Accident at Hestra – bus and car in head-on collision
A traffic accident occurred outside Hestra on national road twenty-six when a car and a bus collided head-on at around six o’clock on Friday. The driver of the car, a man in his 25s, died of his injuries and four people on the bus, three of whom are teenagers, were taken to hospital with minor injuries. A total of twenty-nine people were on the bus, most of them young people, and those who were not injured were taken to an assembly point. The police have started a preliminary investigation into negligence in traffic and both the car and the bus are to be examined technically.
