The price differences in electricity prices between north and south are only increasing. Thus also the bottleneck fees, which have doubled to over 24 billion so far this year – money that customers in southern Sweden indirectly pay.
The new system which was supposed to increase the transmission of electricity has rather increased the charges, according to research.
