REVEALED: Hammarby extends with U21 national team player Hampus Skoglund

After Markus Karlsson’s extension with Hammarby – here comes the next piece of good news for the green and whites.

According to Sportbladet, Hampus Skoglund has now verbally agreed with Bajen on an extension.

Sportbladet has previously revealed that Hammarby has agreed with U21 international Markus Karlsson on an extension. The midfielder’s contract extension is also expected to be official next week.

But it doesn’t stop there.

According to Sportbladet’s information, Hammarby has now also verbally agreed with Hampus Skoglund on a new contract. The U21 national team player and Bajen have been negotiating for a while and have now agreed.

If nothing unforeseen happens, Skoglund’s extension will be official next week or so.

Skoglund signed an A-team contract with Hammarby as recently as a year and four months ago, where there was interest from AIK, AGF Århus and Nordsjälland.

But at that time Skoglund had only played matches for HTFF, had not made his Allsvenskan debut and was only paid a salary afterwards.
