IN his book “Granskogsfolk”, where religious researcher David Thurfjell paints the forest and nature as the Swede’s new religion, there is a section where he walks along Kungsgatan.
It is no exaggeration, writes Thurfjell in the book that came out in 2020, to describe this part of the inner city as one of Stockholm’s, even the Nordics’, most urban places.
