Max System Outage: Digital Orders Unavailable

Max’s own order system does not work.

This means that you cannot order food online – or via the restaurant chain’s order screens.

Orders and deliveries from Max are down. It is not possible to order food via the order screens in the restaurants and delivery companies cannot pick up food either.

– Only the till is working right now, says an assistant manager at a Max restaurant in central Stockholm.

He confirms that the systems have been down since 12 noon on Saturday.

– Nothing via Foodora, it is not possible to order via our express services, it is not possible to order via the web and it is not possible to order via our app, but it is fine to order via the checkout.

– The payments are not going through, he tells Expressen.

The problem appears to have affected Max restaurants throughout Sweden.

“Right now there are no restaurants available”, it says when trying to order food online.

Foodora also has problems: “Apologies”

The food delivery service Foodora also has problems, their press service tells Aftonbladet.

“The issue affected the transmission of orders to some of our restaurant partners and was quickly traced to a third-party supplier.”

“We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding in the meantime,” they write.
