The three men were arrested this week on suspicion of stealing from the Lidl store in the Stockholm area.
According to Aftonbladet’s information, the police believe that two of the men were working at the store at the same time as the thefts were carried out.
When one man was sitting at the till, the others must have filled shopping carts and been let out by the man at the till.
Repeated
According to the newspaper’s information, the method was repeated several times.
Prosecutor Simon Karnell does not want to comment on the information, the newspaper writes.
Two of the men are suspected of gross theft and the third for theft of the normal degree and attempted theft.
Lidl writes in an email to the newspaper that they do not comment on individual employees.
