Karlsson’s Key Assists Propel Pittsburgh to Victory

Pittsburgh impressed in tonight’s NHL game against Philadelphia. After two assists from Swede Erik Karlsson, it was a 5-1 victory.

Pittsburgh started strong and finished brilliantly. The team scored the first goal, via Sidney Crosby, midway through the first period. Philadelphia managed to reduce to 1–1, but then the losing team had no chance to keep up.

Erik Karlsson scored the 2–1 and 3–1 goals, both in the second period.

Pittsburgh pressed on in the third period as well, scoring two more goals.

The American Bryan Rust played great and collected three points, via a goal and two assists. Sidney Crosby also impressed, scoring two goals.
