Dolly Parton’s manager calms the fans.
– It took too much proportions, he tells the Daily Mirror after the artist’s sister urged everyone to “pray for Dolly”.
Dolly Parton, 79, recently canceled a series of gigs in Las Vegas with reference to their health.
It caused her sister Freida to react:
“Tonight I lay awake all night and prayed for my sister, Dolly. Many of you know she has not been in the best shape lately,” she wrote on Facebook.
“I really believe in the power of prayer, and I feel that I should ask everyone who loves her to pray with me.”
The sister’s post has caused concern among Dolly Parton’s fans.
“Are only kidney stones”
But now her manager Olly Rowland tells Daily Mirror that the post was exaggerated.
– It’s just kidney stones, and she needs to do an intervention to get rid of it.
– Her sister wrote a post and it took too big proportions.
After the manager’s statement, the sister added:
– It wasn’t meant to scare anyone or make it sound so serious.
