A large search operation is still underway in Uddevalla for the 18-year-old woman who has been missing since Tuesday, January 6.
– The search is in full swing and will continue during the day as well, says Johan Håkansson at the police.
Findings that may belong to the woman have been found in an outdoor area and the police have since Wednesday searched the area with the help of drones, dogs and also the Armed Forces are helping.
– We continue to comb the area where we have an indication of where she may have been. We are also working with other information retrieval to find out if she could be in a completely different place, says Johan Håkansson.
No crime suspected
On Friday, Missing people conducts an urgent search operation.
The woman was last seen in central Uddevalla on Tuesday afternoon.
The police do not suspect any crime.
– There is no indication that she has been the victim of a crime. Our focus is to find her, quickly, says Johan Håkansson.
Help the police
The woman has long medium blonde hair and is approximately 166 centimeters tall. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a yellow-beige thick sweater with a hood, a short black jacket and blue jeans.
