Now he is suspended for two games by the NFL and fined SEK 5.1 million.

Metcalf got into the hood with an opposing supporter when his Pittsburgh Steelers faced the Detroit Lions on Sunday.

The NFL star was seen walking up to a supporter in a blue wig who was leaning forward from the stands. Metcalf was provoked by something and grabbed the supporter and patched him up.

Without pay for two games

The two-game suspension means that he is also fined 555,556 dollars, equivalent to 5.1 million kroner. ESPN writes that Metcalf will appeal the suspension.

The supporter, a man named Ryan Kennedy, was accused by former NFL player Chad Johnson of making racial slurs at Metcalf and also demeaning his mother. Kennedy denies this.

“Shocked”

Kennedy told the Detroit Free Press that he called Metcalf by his full name: DeKaylin Zecharius Metcalf.

– I called him for it, and then he grabbed me and tore my shirt. I’m a little shocked, he said.

Through a law firm, Kennedy has sent out a statement in which he says Johnson’s accusations are “completely false.” He says he has also been threatened and harassed on social media.
