Micke Leijnegard’s lawyer has accused the councilor of cheating since she is Facebook friends with the plaintiff’s husband.

Now the district court writes that the two have had no contact since 2007, according to Dagens juridik.

SVT profiler Micke Leijnegard, 61, was recently convicted of sexual harassment after kissing a female colleague on the mouth in connection with a “Master of Masters” party.

Leijnegard has appealed to the Svea Court of Appeal and believes there that the presiding judge in the case, Charlotta Hallgren, was a jerk – because she is Facebook friends with the woman’s husband. That’s what Leijnegard’s lawyer Johan Eriksson wrote in his appeal.

The Court of Appeal will now decide the issue and as part of the process the Stockholm district court has sent in an opinion. It is not considered that Hallgren was a badass.

District Court: No contact since 2007

According to the district court, it is about Hallgren and the plaintiff’s husband appearing in the same circle of acquaintances for a period but having had no contact since the friendship request in 2007.

Nor does the prosecutor believe that the president of the court was rude, writes Dagens juridik.
