Vattenfall’s and other electricity network companies’ shock increase in the fee must not be justified by the large investments in the networks they are planning for.
Historically, the monopoly companies have charged higher fees than they have needed to.
The increases are overcompensation, according to the Energy Market Inspection (EI).
